David Andre Doria

a) David Andre’ Doria, 68 of Scott City died Friday, March 1, 2019 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born June 2, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri to Joseph H. And Virginia E. Reaves Doria. He married Betty Stull on October 13, 1973.

He was a captain for Luhrs Bros. for 36 years. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Scott City and a member of NRA.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; a son David J. (Angel) Doria of Scott City; two daughters, Lisa A. (Jim) O’Brien of St. Charles, Missouri and Sara D. St. Mary of Lake Cormorant, Mississippi; six grandchildren, Duston J. O’Brien, Vincent J. (Jessica) Doria, Andrea M. O’Brien, Moriah K. Doria, Gabrielle E. St. Mary and Silas A. St. Mary; three great grandchildren, Greta, Brentley and Mason; four brothers, Joseph R. ( Linda) Doria of Texas, Ramon M. Doria of Arkansas, James R. Doria of Missouri and Allen N. Doria of Missouri; a sister, Judith G. Doria of Missouri; a sister-in-law, Barb Doria of Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Betty Jean LoChirco.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service on Tuesday at the First Assembly of God Church in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday at the church with Revs. Randy Morse and Dave Truncone officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
